He advises on a range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, construction, and business asset transfers. Dan is experienced in drafting and negotiating transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, joint ventures, commercial and residential leases, construction contracts, and employment agreements for small businesses. He regularly advises clients on New York City leasing laws, including the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019 and the Good Cause Eviction Law of 2024, and manages in-person and virtual closings from preparation through final documentation.
