Emily Genest

Emily is a third seat trainee in the White-Collar Defence and Investigations team.

Emily assists partners and associates on a wide variety of work including drafting letters, court documents and advice for clients, preparing cases for trial, and conducting legal research.

Emily's second seat was in the Trust, Estate and Inheritance Disputes team, and her first seat was in Real Estate Disputes and Construction.

Prior to commencing her training contract, Emily worked in product innovation and international marketing for one of the world's largest consumer goods companies.
