Emily Genest

Emily acts for private individuals, trustees, executors and charities across a range of trust, estate and inheritance disputes. She also has experience of Court of Protection matters.

Emily speaks French and has a particular interest in cross-border disputes involving French assets, French succession issues, and international estates.

Emily trained at Withers, where she spent time in the Private Client and Tax, White Collar Defence and Investigations, and Real Estate Disputes teams.
