Erin is a paralegal in our corporate team.
She assists in all aspects of corporate/commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence review, preparation of formation and incorporation documents, amendments, withdrawals, mergers, conversions, domestications, and dissolutions with respect thereto.
In addition, Erin prepares SEC and related pre-offer registration and blue-sky filings pertaining to venture capital work, IPOs and other securities offerings.
