He trained at Withers and qualified into the corporate team, where he advises funds, high net worth individuals, and commercial and charity organisations on a variety of cross-border transactions, bespoke incorporation solutions, and general corporate governance and company law matters.  With prior experience as trustee of a large charity, Ethan is live to the aspirations and concerns of organisations and those who build them; leaders who seek to bring transformative change while also weathering the public eye.
