Frances is an associate in the divorce and family team.
She specializes in family law and all kinds of other applications happening in the Family Court, including divorce, financial disputes between divorcing couples, children's matters, domestic abuse, and applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants Ordinance) (Cap. 481). She also provides advice on nuptial and separation agreements.
Prior to joining Withers, Frances was an associate at a specialized family law firm.
