Francesco is a senior associate in our corporate team.
Francesco advises primarily on Italian corporate and commercial law assisting Italian clients in relation to their commercial interests as well as international clients investing in Italy. He assists in particular on international contractual law, M&A transactions and real estate transactions (both commercial and residential). Over the years, he has acquired a specific knowledge of the food & beverage, fashion and manufacturing industries.Before joining Withers, Francesco has worked for the commercial department of one of the Italian major law firms.
