Frederick Seagrave

Frederick is an associate in the private client and tax team.

He advises on a broad range of tax and estate planning matters including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, acquisitions of UK property and queries regarding UK tax residence whether for those looking to move to/remain in the UK or those looking to depart. Frederick typically advises high net-worth individuals, families and trustees, both domestic and international, on the wide range of issues that can arise in a private client context and in seeking the most efficient and commercial solutions.  

Frederick trained at Withers and during his training contract completed seats with the charity, private client and tax, employment and international arbitration teams.
