Grace Cleary

Grace is an Associate in the Charities & Philanthropy team.

She advises both charities and philanthropists on a wide variety of matters, including governance, compliance and regulation, as well as fundraising and grant-making.

She assists individuals and organisations with charity formation and the establishment of new charities in England & Wales. Her work also includes an international element, advising on the creation of dual qualified US-UK charities.

Prior to joining Withers, Grace completed her training contract at the Government Legal Department, where she undertook seats in the Ministry of Justice, Home Office Legal Advisers and Ministry of Defence in the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia.
