Ha Jeong Kwon

Ha Jeong is an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team, with a focus on employment matters.

Called to the Singapore Bar in 2023, Ha Jeong is an associate with a broad foundation in general commercial litigation and a growing focus on employment law.

Prior to specialising, Ha Jeong gained experience advising and acting in a range of complex commercial matters, including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, and tenancy disputes.

Ha Jeong has also undertaken in-house secondments with leading multinational organisations where she learnt to reconcile commercial realities with client needs through advising on risk management and navigating evolving legal frameworks in various fast-paced environments. Against this background, Ha Jeong is now focusing on employment law, with a particular interest in investigations and advising clients on contentious as well as non-contentious workplace issues. She brings a commercially informed perspective to employment matters, combining litigation experience with a nuanced understanding of business operations.
