Hannah is an associate in the corporate team.

Hannah works on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She typically advises on M&A transactions, with a particular focus on sales,  acquisitions, group restructures, joint ventures, private equity investments, LLP Agreements, SPV corporate wrapper transactions and general corporate governance matters. 

Hannah works frequently with early stage start-ups, owner-managed businesses, high net worth individuals, corporate trustees and family offices.
