Recent Recognition
Me in a minute
I am pragmatic and committed dispute resolution lawyer, focussed on achieving the best possible result for my clients.
I particularly enjoy problem solving – a mainstay of my day-to-day practice – and helping clients navigate the complex challenges they often face.
My priority is building a good rapport with clients, who are often from the financial services sector (funds, brokers, entrepreneurs, SMEs and successful individuals), to better understand their motivations and objectives. I also think a deep understanding of my client’s sector or background is important in being able to resolve any dispute successfully, and I always ensure that I have this.
I like to advise and help clients at all stages of a dispute, and not just as a problem is heading towards litigation. I like to work with colleagues in other areas, to ensure that we give comprehensive advice, in order to avoid problems as much as solving them.
