Isabelle acts for private individuals, trustees and charities across a range of complex trust, inheritance and will disputes both in England & Wales and internationally.Isabelle has experience advising on disputes in the Court of Protection and on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
