Ivan Miachikov

Ivan is a paralegal in the litigation and arbitration team.

Ivan's primary focus is international arbitration, including commercial, investor-State arbitration and inter-State arbitration. He has experience working under the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, and ICSID rules. 

Ivan additionally works on domestic litigation matters, with experience in complex, cross-border enforcement, fraud, and insolvency matters, as well as advisory work relating to sanctions.

He has significant experience working with clients from Ukraine, Russia, as well as the MENA and Central Asia regions. He has a particular interest in work relating to China, having previously spent a year living and studying there.
