Ivan is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.
Ivan specialises in complex international disputes, with a particular focus on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. He has extensive experience in commercial arbitration under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL Rules, as well as investor-State arbitration under the ICSID Rules.Ivan's practice focuses on disputes at the intersection of domestic and international law, including cross-border commercial disputes, enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, asset recovery and insolvency. He also regularly advises on sanctions-related matters, including compliance, delisting applications and challenges to sanctions designations.
He regularly acts for both States and private clients in disputes involving sovereign interests. His experience includes acting for governments, state-owned entities, private companies and individuals, with particular experience in Ukraine, Russia, Central Asia and the MENA region.
