Jack is a trainee solicitor in the Charities team.
Jack's first seat was in the Corporate department where he assisted on a array of transactions including international M&A, investment rounds, restructuring and publicly listed companies. His second seat was with the Commercial Litigation team where he assisted with claims spanning the full life cycle of litigation and also focused on areas including commercial agents, insolvency, debt recovery and international asset tracing. Jack's third seat was in the Private Client and Tax team where he worked on a broad range of matters including estate planning, investment structuring and probate.

Prior to joining Withers I lived in Madrid for 3 years where I spent time working as an Investment Adviser for the Department for International Trade in the British Embassy
This work involved helping Spanish start-ups and their founders make the decision to invest in, and expand to, the UK. I chose to make the move to a career in Law in order to enhance this work and, having experienced working with both people individually and also their business interests, Withers was the perfect fit. In my free time I am keen runner and hope to do my first marathon soon, and I also enjoy the highs and (more frequent) lows of following my football team, Birmingham City.
