Jack is an associate in the corporate team having completed his training contract at Withers and qualified as a solicitor in October 2024. He has worked on a variety of transactions including international M&A, investment rounds, restructuring and publicly listed companies.During his training contract he also sat in the commercial litigation, private client and tax and charities teams giving him the opportunity to get a wide range of experience across the whole range of divisions at Withers.

Prior to joining Withers I lived in Madrid for 3 years where I spent time working as an Investment Adviser in the British Embassy
Prior to joining Withers I lived in Madrid for 3 years where I spent time working as an Investment Adviser in the British Embassy. This work involved helping Spanish start-ups and their founders make the decision to invest in, and expand to, the UK. At Withers, I now use this experience of having worked with people individually as well as their business interests on a daily basis. In my free time I am a keen runner and completed my first marathon in Paris in April 2025 which will hopefully be the first of many. I also enjoy the highs and (sometimes more frequent) lows of following my football team, Birmingham City.
