Jonathan Lim

Jonathan leads the Corporate Services practice in Singapore, advising businesses, investors and private clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and corporate transactions across the business lifecycle.

With more than 10 years of corporate secretarial experience, Jonathan provides practical and commercially focused advice on matters arising under the Singapore Companies Act, Singapore Exchange Listing Rules, the Code of Corporate Governance and other relevant regulatory frameworks. He advises private companies, multinational groups, family offices and foundations on governance, entity management and compliance matters.

Jonathan has extensive experience supporting company incorporations, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, capital transactions and winding-up exercises. He works closely with boards, shareholders and management teams to facilitate effective decision-making, manage regulatory obligations and implement corporate actions efficiently.
