Jordan is a senior associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

Jordan has broad experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes. She has guided clients through issues spanning contracts disputes, fraud, bankruptcy, constitutional law, foreign law, corporate governance, antitrust, conflicts, and internal investigations. Clients she has worked with include large financial services and asset recovery firms, telecommunications companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and real estate companies.

In her pro bono practice, Jordan has advised public interest organizations, authored an amicus brief before the First Circuit on behalf of a law scholar advocating for a federal right to education, and represented an indigent criminal defendant on appeal, achieving a vacation of judgment and remand for new trial after arguing before New York's Second Department.

Jordan earned her JD from Harvard Law School, where she received honorable mention for brief writing and oral advocacy in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Wolford of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
