She represents major corporations across a range of industries, from finance and fintech to aviation. Jordan also advises family offices & high net worth individuals facing sensitive disputes, estates of prominent artists, and stewards of historically-significant collections.
Jordan is valued for her clarity, discretion, and steady judgment. She has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and in arbitration. Clients turn to Jordan for important disputes involving contract and warranty issues, fraud, negligence, statutory compliance, and sensitive consumer and employment claims. Her trial victory for a leading digital asset exchange in a wrongful termination case was recognized as one of the Daily Journal’s “Top Verdicts of 2024.”
Jordan earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Wolford of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. She is based in New York and Boston.
