Julian is an associate in the corporate team.
Having completed his training contract at Withers, Julian qualified as an associate in the corporate team in October 2025.
Julian's experience includes cross-border M&A transactions, funding rounds and advising on general corporate governance and company law matters including the maintenance of capital. Despite a personal interest in the fashion, beauty and luxury sectors, Julian has worked with clients across a variety of sectors and industries.
Sitting in the commercial litigation, private client and tax, and employment teams during his training contract, Julian has developed a breadth of experience and a well-rounded understanding of the firm's core practices.
