Me in a minute
I have always enjoyed travelling, embracing new environments, and connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. My journey has taken me from Brazil to Italy, Portugal and Australia, before bringing me back to Italy, where each new chapter has challenged me to adapt, grow and continually reinvent myself. Over the past twenty years, I have built an international career across hospitality, executive support and legal services, while maintaining a consistent focus on delivering exceptional client care.
What I enjoy most about my role is helping clients find clarity and solutions in situations that can often feel complex or overwhelming. Whether assisting an international family with immigration matters or guiding a client through Italian administrative procedures, I take pride in making the process as smooth, efficient and stress-free as possible. There is great satisfaction in turning uncertainty into a clear path forward and helping clients feel supported every step of the way.
My background in hospitality taught me that attention to detail, empathy and responsiveness can make all the difference to a client's experience. These are values I continue to bring to my work every day at Withers, where building trusted relationships and understanding each client's individual needs remain at the heart of what I do.
Outside work, I am passionate about personal development, wellbeing and lifelong learning. I am naturally curious and enjoy expanding my knowledge through new experiences, meaningful conversations and exploring different perspectives. As a proud mother, I have learned the importance of resilience, adaptability and continually striving to be the best version of myself. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to learn, grow and make a positive difference, both professionally and personally.
