Keisuke Misuda is a special counsel in the projects and energy team.
His practice focuses mainly on project financing of solar and wind power projects, data centers, liquidation and securitization of real estate and other assets and structured finance transactions, including hotels, resorts, commercial facilities and logistics facilities development projects. He assists Japanese and foreign companies in drafting and negotiating agreements and preparing legal opinions.
Keisuke also advises clients on project finance, real estate transactions, securitization of real estate and other assets, M&A and other corporate transactions.

Acted for Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited on its development and financing of a 38.1 MW mega solar power project in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
AirTrunk
Acted for AirTrunk, a hyperscale data center specialist, on the green loan financing for its second data center in Japan (TOK2), a 110+MW facility located in western Tokyo. This green loan is part of AirTrunk’s new green financing framework and the first green loan for a data center in Japan and sets several industry benchmarks, including being the first to use eligibility criteria based on operating power usage effectiveness (PUE) and water productivity.
AirTrunk
Acted for AirTrunk, a hyperscale data center specialist, on the financing for a data center in Japan, which is worth approximately AUD 650 million. The loan is the first data centre sustainability linked loan in Japan and will be used to finance a major expansion of AirTrunk’s flagship data centre facility in Japan, AirTrunk TOK1 (TOK1) in Inzai, Chiba Prefecture. TOK1’s expansion includes a new 55 MW building on a campus of over 300 MW to meet the needs of large-scale technology customers.
