Kerry Zaroogian

Kerry is a partner in our corporate team.

Kerry is focused on presenting clients with pragmatic and business-based solutions to their employment challenges. She represents executives and teams of executives in a wide array of industries, including financial services, commercial real estate, technology, healthcare and retail. Kerry has significant experience drafting and negotiating employment-related contracts, including employment, consulting, freelance, international assignment, retention and partnership agreements. She brings that same dexterity to exit arrangements, including severance and withdrawal arrangements. Kerry also provides best-in-class counsel to executive teams regarding restrictive covenants and lift-outs and represents management teams in the context of corporate transactions. Kerry is a partner based out of the firm's New York office and works remotely from Minneapolis, though she represents clients located across the U.S.
