Lauren is a senior associate in the litigation team.

Lauren's practice currently focusses on shareholder disputes, fraud and enforcement. As a dual qualified BVI and English litigator, Lauren's work tends to be high value and cross-border in nature, often involving urgent injunctive relief and coordination between various jurisdictions. Acted for the BVI Government in relation to a Commission of Inquiry brought to investigate governance issues and allegations of corruption.

Commercial Court trials

Lauren has acted for the successful parties in various Commercial Court trials in London and BVI, as well as in appeals (both final and interlocutory) in the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal.
