Louise is the firm's alumni programme manager, responsible for building and launching Withers new alumni program.
Her role focuses on maintaining strong, long-term relationships with former colleagues, ensuring they remain connected to the firm, informed about its work, and part of the wider Withers community wherever their careers take them.
Before joining Withers, Louise worked in alumni relations, marketing and business development roles across higher education and professional services. She brings broad experience in building communities, developing engagement programs, and helping organisations stay connected to their people over the long-term.

I'm passionate about building lasting connections with people long after they've left the firm. Ultimately, my aim is simple: to ensure Withers alumni feel valued, connected and proud to remain part of the firm’s story. I firmly believe that just because someone moves on, it doesn't mean the relationship has to end. My role is about helping former colleagues stay in touch, celebrating their successes, and ensuring they continue to feel part of the Withers family wherever their careers take them.
Before joining Withers, I worked in alumni relations, marketing and business development across Higher Education and Professional Services, so I'm no stranger to building communities and keeping people connected.
