Lucy is an Associate in the Employment Team.
She advises both employers and employees (including senior executives) on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. Her clients operate in a range of sectors.Lucy trained at Withers and completed seats with the Commercial Litigation, Family and Corporate teams. Prior to training at Withers, Lucy worked in-house for a well-known charity where she assisted the Legal Director with governance and gained experience across various practice areas including charity law, IP and fundraising compliance.
