Lydia Elizabeth McFarlane

Lydia is an associate in the family team. 

Lydia advises clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, complex financial disputes, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements and children matters. 

During her training contract with Withers, Lydia spent six-months in each of the Immigration, Family, Commercial Litigation and Private Client & Tax teams. Before that, Lydia was a paralegal at Withers for two years, working in both our London and Hong Kong Family teams.
