Mert Ayik

Mert assists the Immigration team in complex visa applications such as skilled worker, student, global talent, partner and dependant, global business mobility, indefinite leave to remain, and British citizenship. 

He also helps with advice relating to sponsor compliance, curtailment, and new license or CoS applications. He also has experience with refugee and asylum claims.

Prior to Withers, Mert worked at a French NGO, advocating for stronger international human rights laws at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, and at an immigration law firm.
