Nadira assists corporate and venture capital clients in cross-border investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Her work often involves the intersection of law and technology. She enjoys practicing in this area as the rapid pace of the development of technology constantly challenges practitioners to understand new concepts and analyze innovative products in the market.

Prior to joining Withers Khattarwong LLP, Nadira worked as a corporate / IT lawyer in one of Indonesia's leading law firms, focusing on fintech, payments, gaming, and privacy. During her time in her former firm, she was active in discussions with the Indonesian Fintech Association.

She holds two law degrees. She obtained her first law degree (Sarjana Hukum / LLB equivalent) from Universitas Indonesia in 2017, graduating as her program's valedictorian. Subsequently, in 2022, she obtained her second law degree (Master of Laws in Law, Science & Technology) from Stanford Law School, where she had the honours of delivering the commencement speech during Stanford Law School's 2022 graduation ceremony.
