Nicolette has over 15 years of experience in advising businesses and individuals on all areas of the UK's immigration system, EU Settlement Scheme, and applications for settlement (indefinite leave to remain/permanent residence), British citizenship, and complex UK passport applications. She is an expert in sponsorship and compliance under the various sponsor licence regimes and has successfully completed many visa applications for various tech companies and founders.

She has broad experience of working with private individuals, multinational organisations, well-known brands and family offices. Nicolette increasingly works with clients in the new economy, including senior talent in the technology and venture capital industries, as well as advising individuals and businesses from the creative, legal, manufacturing, sporting, finance, hospitality, publishing, education and entertainment sectors.
