Richard is a senior associate in the intellectual property and technology team, having joined the firm in 2021.
Richard primarily advises technology companies, leading charities and VC funds on the commercialisation and protection of IP and new technologies, with a focus on software, data and tech infrastructure. Richard has a particular interest in advising clients in the following sectors: AI, medtech and pharma, cleantech, charities, sports and gaming, digital assets and financial services.Richard regularly comments on developing areas of law and practice, and has been recognised by Montaq as a thought leader for UK FinTech law. He has also been quoted in City AM and published in The IPKat. Richard is recognised as a Recommend Lawyer by the Legal 500 for TMT: IT and Telecoms law.
