Si Ning primarily works with clients in the investment funds industry, assisting sponsors with the formation of private investment funds across various asset classes and advising on licensing and regulatory requirements in Singapore, and has also represented institutional investors in investments into Asia-focused funds. She also routinely advises clients on downstream investments, including private equity and venture capital investments.
