Stefano Corbara

Stefano is a practising Italian Commercialista and a senior associate within our private client and tax team.

He practices Italian and international tax law, with a focus in the areas of corporate income tax, real estate taxation, financial taxation and extraordinary transactions. He also assists clients with tax rulings, tax litigation and out-of-court tax dispute resolution with a focus on real estate and corporate income tax matters.

He has significant experience on tax issues related to M&A and structured finance transactions, as well as private equity and real estate investment funds.

Stefano is admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in Milan.
