Tamsin is an associate in the private property team.
Tamsin specialises in advising clients on high-value complex purchases, sales, re-financingand development in both the rural and prime-London markets. Notable recent experience has
included listed building breaches, estate strategy and complex leasehold negotiations for
historic public estates.
She has also represented clients on sustainable and innovative conservation projects
including negotiating and implementing conditional planning contracts for residential
development and environmental schemes.
