Tanya assists high net-worth individuals and families with their wealth and succession planning matters. This includes advising clients on trust and foundation structuring, cross-border tax planning, as well as bespoke family charters. Tanya also has experience advising multinational conglomerates on broader Malaysian legal and tax matters, spanning cross-border M&A and global restructuring exercises.
Prior to joining Withers KhattarWong LLP, Tanya spent 5 years in the tax and wealth management team at one of Malaysia's most prominent international law firms.
