Tengi Shiga

Tengi is a associate in our employment team.

She advises employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including employment compliance, workplace policies, employment agreements, and risk management. She counsels clients on issues arising throughout the employment lifecycle, including executive and employee onboarding, separations, restrictive covenants, and employment considerations in corporate transactions and executive compensation matters. Prior to joining Withers, Tengi served as Senior Attorney – U.S. Employment in the Office of the General Counsel at Latham & Watkins, where she advised the firm on a broad range of U.S. employment law matters.
