Tilly is an associate in the private client and tax team.

Tilly advises clients on a range of trust, tax and succession planning matters. She advises UK resident and non-UK resident families and high net worth individuals in respect of their estate and lifetime tax and succession planning, including the preparation of Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also advises clients who intend to become UK resident or cease UK residence in relation to the statutory residence rules.
