Tom has considerable experience in all types of UK visas for main applicants and dependants. Tom is an expert on complex Settlement, Naturalisation, EEA, Investor and Ancestry applications. He has helped clients with difficult immigration histories such as criminal convictions or multiple refusals regularise their UK immigration status.

Tom provides expert assistance to clients on compliance issues including policy drafting, SMS management, resident labour market tests, mock audits, Home Office audits, mergers and acquisitions, TUPE transfers and initial sponsor licence applications or renewals.
