Tricia is the international head of learning and development in the human resources team.
Based in the London office, Tricia is responsible for developing and implementing the learning & development strategy across all the firm's international offices. Her role covers a wide remit including career development, management and leadership development, cultural integration, engagement and change projects.
Tricia has worked in law for twelve years following a successful career as an independent management development consultant and coach. She joined Withers in 2010.

I still find it most rewarding to be working directly with individuals on the many and diverse aspects of their development
Following an early career and passion as a chef, I found myself becoming more and more interested in people and how to help them develop and respond to the constantly changing demands of their careers. So in 1997 I retrained as a coach and developer and began working with individuals going through transitions in their working lives. Since then I have found my career immensely rewarding working with groups and individuals as they engage with the different challenges their careers have presented. While my role now often focuses on the more strategic picture of development across the firm, I still find it most rewarding to be working directly with individuals on the many and diverse aspects of their development.
