Join commercial disputes practitioners and experts on 3 August 2023, in a rare session where you will get the opportunity to observe a live mock hot-tubbing session to show how such sessions work and to also discuss why it is important to have good experts when trying to resolve cross-border (and domestic) commercial disputes in both international arbitration proceedings as well as litigation proceedings.

The panel will feature perspectives from legal counsel and experts (to show the importance of experts in ensuring success in your case) as well as the decision maker, i.e. an arbitral tribunal (who will explain how an arbitrator makes difficult decisions on complex matters presented before them).
