Withers expands US intellectual property practice with Emily Borich as counsel

Withers is pleased to announce that Emily Borich has joined the firm as counsel on the US intellectual property team, strengthening Withers’ domestic and international transactions, prosecution, and enforcement capabilities. Based in New York, Emily represents clients across the fashion, beauty, sports, entertainment and consumer goods sectors.
Emily focuses her practice on trademark and copyright enforcement, licensing, portfolio management, advertising and brand protection. She also advises clients on a wide range of commercial and talent‑related agreements and regularly handles IP issues arising in corporate transactions, as well as proceedings before courts and administrative tribunals.
