Emily is counsel in our intellectual property team.
Emily focuses her practice on intellectual property, entertainment, and advertising matters, representing clients in trademark and copyright enforcement, licensing, portfolio management, and brand protection. She advises on a wide range of commercial and talent-related agreements and regularly handles IP issues arising in corporate transactions, as well as contentious proceedings before courts and administrative tribunals.
Emily is recognized by Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch in Intellectual Property Law from 2021–2026 and in Corporate Law and Litigation in 2026.
