Chloé Paloschi

Chloé is an associate in the corporate, banking and finance team.

On the banking side, Chloé acts for borrowers and lenders on complex and high value investment in a broad range of areas, including real estate development and finance and general corporate lending. She has acted for clients including banks, family offices, developers, sports teams and ultra-high net worth individuals.

On the corporate side, Chloé assists with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A transactions, group restructurings, private equity investments, LLP Agreements and general corporate governance matters.  She has acted for clients including investors and founders in the sport and entertainment, luxury fashion and beauty industries

As an Italian native and having worked in the Milan office, Chloé has experience of matters involving cross-border investments and general corporate matters when acting for international clients based overseas.
