Clíodhna joined Withers from another city law firm, having first trained in Ireland. Clíodhna’s practice encompasses commercial contracts, data protection and intellectual property, in a wide range of sectors.

She has extensive experience drafting, advising and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. On the data protection side, she advises clients in a variety of privacy contexts, including the development of compliance programmes and incident response.
