Eleanor is a senior associate in the private client team.
She holds an MA (Cantab.) and an LLM, is a full member of STEP, and achieved the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates with Distinction. In May 2021 she received the STEP Worldwide Excellence Award for her STEP Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates.Eleanor advises UK and internationally mobile clients, including entrepreneurs, family offices, trustees and beneficiaries, on estate and succession planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney and trusts. Her practice focuses on the design and implementation of bespoke asset-holding and governance structures for cross-border families, with particular attention to transparency and reporting regimes such as beneficial ownership registers, CRS and DAC6. Drawing on her research background, she provides clear, policy-informed advice that integrates tax, trust and regulatory considerations to help clients preserve and transition wealth across jurisdictions.
