Fiona Wong

Fiona Wong is a Senior Associate in the Hong Kong office of Withers and advises clients on a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters.

Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, financial claims arising from relationship breakdown, child-related disputes, relocation applications, nuptial agreements, and matters involving cross-border assets and international elements. Fiona acts in both contentious and non-contentious matters and regularly assists clients in navigating complex and sensitive family disputes.

Fiona has particular experience in high-conflict children cases, including disputes concerning child abduction, relocation, care and control, access arrangements, schooling and educational decisions, and allegations of parental alienation. She also advises on matters involving injunctive relief, including domestic violence, anti-harassment, non-molestation and ouster injunctions. Fiona is committed to helping clients achieve practical and child-focused outcomes, whether through negotiation, mediation or litigation..

In addition to her practice, Fiona has been invited to speak and provide training on family law-related topics for professional organisations, including the Hong Kong Psychological Society and the Asian Academy of Family Therapy.
