Ivan is an associate in the private client and tax team.

Ivan is a US-qualified tax lawyer based in Singapore. Ivan advises high-net-worth clients on international tax and wealth management matters, including estate planning, investment structuring, pre-immigration planning, and US tax compliance and regularization. He also has significant experience advising financial institutions and fiduciaries on tax, regulatory, and sanctions issues. Ivan is fluent in Russian and French and has worked extensively on complex and sensitive cross-jurisdictional legal matters.

Prior to joining our Singapore practice, Ivan practiced at a Band 1 wealth management law firm in Switzerland, advising clients on a breadth of tax, wealth management, and regulatory matters. Prior to that, Ivan worked in the international tax department of an elite accounting firm in the United States, providing tax advice to multinational corporate clients and funds.
