James is currently supervised by Thea Gemmell and works on a number of real estate transactions such as the granting of a lease, the sale of development land and advising on the terms of a commercial lease.Prior to starting his training contract, James was a paralegal in the trusts, estates and inheritance disputes team at Withers where he assisted in will disputes and international trust litigation
