He is a commercial real estate lawyer, advising developers, investors and landowners on a broad range of routine as well as complex real estate development issues and transactions. Clients appreciate Jeremy's commercial and pragmatic approach. Jeremy trained at Withers and became a partner in 2005.Jeremy is at the forefront of modern ways of structuring transactions, for example in the context of property development, innovative development and uses of real estate. Having been instrumental in the move to take Withers' London office into an agile environment, he is a key thought leader in the future of real estate. Jeremy authored our report 'The future of real estate: work, home and social' and is a regular speaker on topics relating to the role of real estate in the new economy.
