Jerome is an associate in the trusts, estate and inheritance disputes team.
Jerome advises trustees, charities and individuals in the context both domestic and international trust and succession disputes. He advises on issues relating to the validity of wills and trusts, the removal of trustees and executors as well as claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.He also advises on Court of Protection matters and is a member of the firm’s Elder Law Team.
