Johnson So

Johnson joined Withers in September 2024 as a trainee solicitor.

He is currently seated in the corporate team, assisting on cross-border and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, employment matters, and general corporate and commercial work.

In his previous seat with the international arbitration and litigation team, Johnson worked on a range of contentious matters, including international arbitration, commercial disputes, employment disputes, and debt recovery. He then moved to the private client and tax team, where he supported clients on wealth planning and probate matters. His work included drafting wills and trust documents, and advising on charitable structures.
