Lindsay is special counsel in the private client and tax team.
She focuses on international tax and trusts work, including advising individuals, trustees and financial institutions. She has a particular focus on the creation, implementation, documentation and restructuring of complex multi-jurisdictional wealth-holding structures for clients with international interests and on fiduciary issues for trustees.She also advises on UK and cross-border tax and succession issues for international individuals, including UK tax and residence issues, personal tax and estate planning and tax and disclosure issues relating to trust structures.
Lindsay spent several years working in the Netherlands for a leading Dutch law firm and has a particular interest in cross-border UK/Dutch tax issues.
