Owen is an associate in the trust and estate litigation team.
His practice focuses on will and trust disputes, trust administrations, conservatorships and probates. Prior to joining Withers, Owen was a Los Angeles County Deputy Public Defender. Owen earned his JD from Loyola Law School and his BA from Santa Clara University.
